COUNTY INMATES:
Bonds are generally set on warrant arrests, contact the facility for bond amounts.
Upon a fresh or new arrest, bonds will either be set by a bond schedule or a judge within 48 hours, charges will not be given out until the defendant is arraigned.
Questions regarding those being held for another facility, contact the arresting agency.

- Bonds may be posted at any time 24/7
- Cash 10% or Cooperate surety as indicated by Court.
- Person posting bond may be on the assignment.
Bond money may only be returned once the case is finalized by the court. Bonds for child support will NOT be returned
